Hosting a Bone Making Event

Want to make a BIGGER difference?

Host an event at your school, home or in a community space.

Invite participants to learn about the issues and make their own handmade bones. Help meet the Students Rebuild challenge, which will generate up to $500,000 in funding and will help the One Million Bones campain reach its goal of 1,000,000 handmade bones.

Here's what you need to do:

1) Decide: When is it? Where is it? Who's Coming? What's your bone-making method?

2) Register your event.

3) Use our Event Toolkit to publicize your event.

4) Share this video before and/or during your event:

5) Lead a Bone-Making Activity and use this checklist to help you get the right materials.

6) Take pictures and videos, then post on Students Rebuild Facebook!

7) Ship your bones and participant registration sheet(s).
