Students: select your school today!

Calling all StudentsRebuild teams! Architecture for Humanity has been on the ground in Haiti now for several months examining schools to rebuild. Unfortunately we can't fund all the schools we've visited through StudentsRebuild, so it's up to YOU to select which school you want your efforts to go toward.

The selection process over the course of the next few weeks will determine which schools shall receive the allotted funds raised by you and your teams across the world. School bios will be featured on the Open Architecture Network throughout August–feel free to peruse, compare, and comment!

Also in the coming weeks we'll be able to offer considerations for selecting schools–some will be harder to work on than others–and work with the StudentsRebuild teams toward a short list. Starting in September we'll make our final selections and hope to get construction going before schools in Haiti start in October. We're hitting the ground running and need to get some summer reading tackled to make our selections as informed as possible. Tell your friends to tune into the reconstruction effort currently underway in Haiti. Your voice counts in which schools receive your raised funds so make yourself heard!
